I did this one by using photomerge in sections and then putting the sections together. If you do a thirty or forty pictures together in photomerge they make a distorted glut that collects everything in the center.

If I remember I was standing on something to get the height. A very cold day as evidenced by the women wearing coats made of fluffy chickens.
